As part of our efforts to minimise our environmental impact, we consider operational efficiencies and sustainable factors in our office spaces when choosing our real estate, putting environmental credentials and building managers, who undertake and promote sustainability initiatives, as one of the drivers of decision making.
Sydney
Our office in Sydney is located in the award-winning Quay Quarter Tower which, in a world-first, was created by upcycling the original building at the site. Over 12,000 tonnes of embodied carbon was saved from this innovative approach. The building has also achieved a 6 Star Greenstar Office Design rating, the highest available.
Singapore
Our office in Singapore adopts a number of energy saving and waste handling initiatives and is rated BCA Green Mark Platinum.
London
Tower Bridge House, the location of our London operation won the International Silver Green Apple Environment Award in November 2023 for its approach to waste management.
Toronto
In the latter half of 2024, our Toronto office will move into the sustainably designed Scotia Plaza in Toronto, a Zero Carbon and certified LEED Platinum building in downtown Toronto.
Hybrid working
The collective initiatives of our office buildings help drive a reduction in our emissions and waste. We are also proud to support a hybrid working environment for our employees, reducing our office footprint and having employees spend fewer days commuting to and from our offices.
Greener communiting
We actively support cycle to work and electric car schemes for our employees where this is available.
