ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE PROGRAMME 

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in our technology graduate programme, you must be numerate, a collaborative team player, and able to write fluently in English.  Good interpersonal skills will also stand you in good stead.

Our technology function is a crucial business enabler; it’s critical for business success and is what keeps us operating day-to-day and we’re giving you the opportunity to join our team of experts in our London office.

What will the programme involve?

As a Technology Analyst on our graduate programme, you will rotate across our key technology functions: global technology solutions, global infrastructure & service management, enterprise architecture & data management and IT risk.  You'll be given stimulating hands-on roles and can apply the skills you develop across numerous projects.

Each rotation will support your development as a well-rounded technology professional with a broad understanding of the services that we provide to the business, and throughout your time on the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience from various projects and teams.  You’ll be well supported throughout the programme and in your day-to-day work as you advance towards becoming a technology analyst, we’ll help you from start to finish.

What will you be doing?

From your very first day with us you can expect to be involved in a wide range of activities that will help you learn and develop.  Our graduate programme will give you experience with a variety of different teams, and our collaborative culture means you’ll be working with a diverse range of people across the business.  We’re constantly looking to innovate and find better ways of doing things, and this will impact what you do every day through problem-solving, analysing data and communicating results.
