JOIN US AS A TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE OR INTERN IN LONDON

All you need to know about our early careers roles

ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY EARLY CAREERS PROGRAMME

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in our technology early careers programme, you must be numerate, a collaborative team player, and able to write fluently in English.  Good interpersonal skills will also stand you in good stead.

Our technology function is a crucial business enabler; it’s critical for business success and is what keeps us operating day-to-day and we’re giving you the opportunity to join our team of experts in our London office.

What will the programme involve?

As a Technology Analyst on our early career programme, you will rotate across our key technology functions: global technology solutions, global infrastructure & service management, enterprise architecture and IT risk & information security.  You'll be given stimulating hands-on roles and can apply the skills you develop across numerous projects.

Each rotation will support your development as a well-rounded technology professional with a broad understanding of the services that we provide to the business, and throughout your time on the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience from various projects and teams.  You’ll be well supported throughout the programme and in your day-to-day work as you advance towards becoming a technology analyst, we’ll help you from start to finish.

What's the difference between the graduate and intern programme?

The graduate programme is two years long and involves a rotation in each of the four areas. You will have a permanent job at the end of the programme. The intern programme, designed for students still at university, lasts for one year and has two rotations.

What will you be doing?

From your very first day with us you can expect to be involved in a wide range of activities that will help you learn and develop.  Our early careers programme will give you experience with a variety of different teams, and our collaborative culture means you’ll be working with a diverse range of people across the business.  We’re constantly looking to innovate and find better ways of doing things, and this will impact what you do every day through problem-solving, analysing data and communicating results.

What do we expect from you?

We set out to be different, so our company culture is important to us.  That’s why we hire top-quality people and look after them.  We want people who think differently and aren’t afraid to challenge the norm.

We’ll encourage you to learn new skills and be brave in applying those skills throughout your career.  We’re proud to have created an environment where we all collaborate as one team. Of course, it’s not all about work, and we recognise the importance of reflecting on a job well done and having fun with our colleagues!
